Customization Guidelines:

1. Product Customization:

   • Materials, colors, and structures can be modified based on your requirements.

   • We can redesign and re-engineer products to suit your specific needs and budget.

2. Sampling:

   • Sample lead time: ~5 working days.

   • Sample fee ranges from a few dozen to several hundred RMB depending on complexity.

   • Sample fee is refundable for orders over 6,000 units.

   • Samples can also be made based on your drawings or physical samples.

3. Mold & Printing Charges:

   • Custom metal molds: approx. RMB 800 each

   • Plastic molds: approx. RMB 100–500

   • Printing costs depend on color count and area:

     • One-color printing is cheaper

     • Multi-color or large-area printing: screen plate fee RMB 100–2000

4. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity):

   • Laptop bags: 1,000 units per style, can be made in 2 color options.

5. Packaging:

   • Each unit packed per your requirements (e.g., desiccant, thickened PP bag).

   • Carton size and quantity based on actual dimensions.

   • Double-strapped outer boxes available for safer shipping.

6. Payment Terms:

   • 30% deposit upon order confirmation.

   • 70% balance before shipment.

7. Shipping Instructions:

   • Normally shipped via freight carriers.

   • Shipping fees are collect on delivery and vary by destination.

   • Carriers usually do not offer door-to-door delivery; you’ll be notified for pickup at your local station.

   • For export declarations handled by our company, we bear the freight cost.

8. After-sales Service:

   • If quality issues arise due to manufacturing defects, we offer free repairs.

   • For usage-related questions, feel free to consult us for proper guidance.
